Description Mousse Dessert Strawberry Gluten Free
Usage Add 150gms powder to 300mls cold water (1 part powder to 2 parts cold water). Using an electric mixer, whisk on low speed for 30 seconds, then on high speed for 2 minutes or until a stiff foam is obtained. Put into serving dishes and refrigerate until set. (At least 30 minutes). Milk can be used instead of water for a richer, creamier mousse.
