Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free (Avoca)

Usage
|
Melt 175gms butter, take off the heat and add 100gms sauce mix. Blend together until you have a smooth paste. Add 400mls milk, put back on the heat and bring to boil with constant stirring until thick. Once it has thickened, take off the heat. Goes well with fish or beef.
