Mix 100gms of Cheese Sauce Mix with 1 litre of milk, bring to boil while stirring & simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Extra parmesan cheese may be sprinkle on top for cheesier flavour. Suitable for any Mornay dish using vegetable, fish or chicken.
