Usage Use 1 part potato flakes to 5 parts water. Bring water to boil and add potato flakes. Mix briskly with a spoon. Continue stirring until desired consistency is achieved. Salt & butter may be added for extra flavour. Some milk may be substituted for water for creamier taste.
