Mousse Dessert Hazelnut

Usage Add 150gms powder to 300mls cold water (1part powder to 2 parts water). Use electric mixer, whisk on low speed for 30 seconds & high speed for 3 minutes or until a stiff foam is obtained. Refrigerate until set, at least 30 minutes. Milk can be used instead of water for richer, creamier mousse.
