Usage
|
Use 100gms custard powder with 1.2 litres of milk. Mix in 500mls cold milk first, whisk briskly, then add extra 700mls cold milk and 50gms sugar. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Extra milk may be added if you prefer it runnier.
